Richard G. Hubler

	Richard G.  'Mousey' Hubler, Sr., age 64, of Pinckneyville, IL, died Monday evening, December 16, 2002 at 11:53 p.m. in the St. Louis University Hospital as a result of an auto accident.
	Richard was born in Du Quoin, IL on November 1, 1938, a son of Herman 'Bud' and Mabel Ruth (Heberer) Hubler.  He served with the U. S. Navy from 1956-59, was a coal miner for Consolidated Coal Company #2 Mine, Pinckneyville, loved fishing, playing cards, and was a member of the Nine Mile Sporting Club.
	Survivors include Edna Hubler of Hammonton, NJ, three sons: Richard G. Hubler, Jr., and his wife, Beverly of Woodbury, TN, John H. Hubler, and his wife, Paula, of Pinckneyville, Michael J. Hubler of Hammonton, NJ, four daughters: Deborah Parisi, and her husband, Jack, of Hammonton, NJ, Jennifer Hubler of Hammonton, NJ, Margaret Schleinkofer, and her husband, James, of Everett, PA, and Kathleen Smith of Berlin, NJ, two sisters: Ruth Ann Opp, and her husband, Don, of Pinckneyville, Rose Mary Alvarez, and her husband, Robert of San Antonio, TX, eight grandchildren:  Dalton Hubler, Dalis Marie Hubler, Jinny Stinnett, James Brewer, Misty Gillenwater, Mica Hubler, Domenic Parisi, Trey Ridgeway, thirteen great-grandchildren, along with numerous other relatives and friends.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, a son in infancy: Mark and a grandson: Bryan James Parisi. 
	Funeral services were Thursday morning, December 19, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. in the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL with Fr. John Venegoni officiating.  Interment was in St. Bruno Catholic Cemetery, Pinckneyville.  Graveside military rites were provided by Presswood-Daffron American Legion Post #2504 of Pinckneyville.
	Friends called at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home in Pinckneyville, IL Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. and again on the day of services from 8:00 a.m. till services.
	Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
